We are pleased you have taken an interest in working with DCS Group (UK) Ltd. Before we enter into a business relationship with you, we are required to carry out certain procedures in line with the Anti Money Laundering Regulations 2017. At DCS Group (UK) Ltd, we are committed to doing business with integrity. What is your minimum order value?

DCS Export Customer are required to order a minimum value of £5000 of mixed products.

What are your payment terms?

Payment would typically be 100% Pro Forma payment. Strictly via direct bank to bank transfer only. We can look to extend credit facilities or work with Letter's of Credit in the future.

Can you take orders in other currencies?

Yes, we accept GBP, Euro and US Dollars all via bank transfer.

Can you ship my goods directly?

We offer free delivery within the UK to a designated freight forwarder. We also work with an independent panel of freight providers for European and Global Deliveries. This can be on an FCL, LCL or pallet basis. This would be at your own expense.

Do you have any restrictions on trading?

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all local and international laws are adhered too in this respect. Please check first before ordering.

How do I open an account with you?

How quickly can I expect my order?

From order confirmation we look to have orders packed and ready for collection within 5 working days. This may vary due to truck & container availability in some areas.

How can I place an order?

A price list will be emailed to you, ideally this can be completed and returned to infoexport@dcsgroup.com and one of the team will pick it up for you.
